The Southwest Waterfront AARP Chapter will hold its 25th Anniversary Year, annual Luncheon Business Meeting on Feb. 21, noon, in the River Park-South Common Room, 1311 Delaware Ave. SW. The guest speaker is Dr. Frank Smith, Director of the African American Civil War Memorial and Museum.
