The Corner Store Arts (900 S. Carolina Ave. SE) presents an themed invitational group art exhibit entitled ‘It’s Elementary: The Four Elements? Earth, Air, Fire, Water’. Artists from the DC area will present artistic expressions in an exhibit about the four elements.
The show is curated by photo artist Karen Cohen.
The exhibit examines the roles of the four elements. How important are these elements that we use daily and often take for granted? They ar vital for life on this planet but can also destroy life.
The exhibit takes place from Feb. 3 to 28, 2019 with an artist reception from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, February 10.
The Corner Store Arts gallery is open Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. There will be some closings due to private events. You can also make an appointment. Email: [email protected] for group tours or private showings.
