In light of increased discussion of racism in the United States, Little Lights Urban Ministries is hosting “Little Lights Town Hall: A Conversation On the Need for Racial Justice” Tuesday, June 30, from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m on Zoom.
Registration for the free event is required and can be completed here. Early in the day on June 30, the ministry will send a Zoom link to ed attendees. Little Lights is also streaming the town hall on Facebook Live.
The event will begin with a discussion among several staff and board , followed by a question and answer session, according to the invitation.
“We would like to offer a time to communally discuss and process recent events — with a bent towards the need for racial justice and how we see that need stemming from our understanding of faith in Christ,” reads the invitation.
