Help the Southwest Neighborhood Assembly Youth Activities Task Force (SWNA YATF) raise money for community art projects —and finally get your car washed at the first ever YATF car wash fundraiser.
The car wash takes place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12 in the parking lot at Westminster Presbyterian Church (400 I St. SW) in the lot at rear of the church (entrance off McKemie Place, SW). If it rains —don’t worry —you can get your car washed at the same time and place Saturday, Sept. 19.
Proceeds will benefit SWNA YATF’s proposed Mural Painting and Photography Class for SW Youth to document their everyday living.
Suggested donation is $15 or more per car or vehicle washed.
